Everyone is welcome to book in with me, however I have some policies to ensure a safe and comfortable service for all and to prolong my ability to provide the service in general. If you have any questions, you may find an answer here before contacting me.
All nail services are provided as dry, non medical services with no soaking. I never cut back or 'nip cuticles'. I am professionally trained and I am insured with Associated Beauty Therapists.
Unless in the case of nail party bookings, I currently serve my local area only, which is Pontcanna in Cardiff.
This is a human centred business, meaning that no AI is used, and no virtual or non reality worlds (such as social media, gaming worlds) are engaged in.
The booking slot time is all yours, and can be spent in complete peace and quiet or in conversation.
Booking
You can use the contact form on the right to make a booking. I'll get back to you as soon as I can.
Age
I only do nails for those aged 21 and over, including those booking in for nail parties.
Allergies
Due to the diverse range of products in my kit I am unable to provide bookings for those with allergies. Whilst I use a fully professional range of products and am trained to apply them in a professional manner, for your safety and my own, I am unable to guarantee that any allergens will not be present.
Payments
I accept cash, card, and contactless payments. Payments are taken before the service begins, and are paid in advance for all Nail Party attendees.
I do not accept PayPal, Cheques or Digital Currencies, and no longer accept service swaps.
I do accept tips, which are saved towards treats. Thank you.
Acrylics
I no longer provide acrylic nails.
Removals
I do not remove any work that is not my own, and do not provide paid for removals during nail party bookings.
I do not provide free removals with replacement of nails.
Nail Party Bookings
Nail Party payments are fixed at the current price listed, and regardless of any request for a single service of either hands or feet. Removals are not included, booking slots for those with previous gel or nail polish on will not be able to go ahead. I require full payment for all Nail Party attendees in advance to secure the date, and all payments are non refundable.
Sunday Service booking fee of £20.00 applies for Sunday Nail Party bookings.
Hygiene
I continue to use Mundo Professional products to keep my kit sanitised and disinfected.
Inclusion
I am a safe person to book in with, regardless of who you are or who you curate yourself to be. I have worked with people from all walks of life previously, and I am happy to continue doing so.

Pets
I absolutely love animals and would surround myself with more of them if I could.. however, if you have dogs and any other animals with you, they will need to be in another room or kept away from the nail space in order to minimise cute interruptions and maintain a pet fur free service.
Social Media
You will not find me or my work on social media in any shape or form. If you do find me or my work and business names there, it is not me and anyone posing as me should not be trusted.
Data
Your details are kept on your physical, hand written client card only and will never be stored in any device or on any other digital means. Calls and Email communications are deleted monthly. I do not use any third party messenger or call applications.
Physical client cards are stored in a box within a secure locker cabinet when not in transit for your booking, and will be destroyed once they are no longer needed or upon your request.
Zero Tolerance to Bullshit
Life is too short for messing around, and I have very little time for it. Should any rare occasion of what I deem to be bullshit arise, I will cease the booking and remove myself from the situation. No refund will be given, and all persons involved will be barred from booking in future times, indefinitely.
